Who We Are
We are a LIHTC developer and consultant. We assist other developers including market rate developers and non profits in their tax credit projects from start to finish - underwriting, deal structuring, raising capital , working with municipalities, and closing.
We also support and fund developers who are looking to develop on their own but are unable to because of financial constraints. We are passionate about dismantling the barrier that prevents talented developers from building their own legacy.
Our role is not to replace your vision, but to strengthen it with disciplined execution and experienced guidance. We provide the expertise needed to move projects forward in a controlled, coordinated, and financially sound manner.
