At Renegade Labs, our work is grounded in a clear belief: real estate should do more than deliver housing it should create lasting economic and community impact. We approach each development with this responsibility in mind, focusing on the acquisition, development, and revitalization of affordable and workforce housing. By navigating complex financing structures including LIHTC, HUD, USDA, CalHFA, tax-exempt bonds, and Project-Based Vouchers, we are able to structure and execute projects that are both financially sound and community-oriented.

This approach is informed by over three decades of experience operating as principals. Over that time, more than 50 development transactions have been closed, resulting in the delivery of over 3,400 units across California, Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii, and Texas. This track record reflects a consistent ability to manage complexity, align stakeholders, and execute across diverse markets, with a focus on delivering durable assets that generate both strong performance and meaningful impact.
