Vitor serves as Managing Principal at Renegade Labs, where he drives strategic real estate sourcing, financial evaluation, and project execution to support innovative growth. Vitor has closed in excess of $600MM of real estate deals, ranging from affordable housing developments, market rate acquisitions, and financing. His experience as both a developer and financier across both the market rate and affordable housing world provides him with a deep understanding of the industry.
Vitor sits on the board of two non profit organizations dedicated to affordable housing and co-hosts a commercial real estate networking group in Los Angeles. With his experience in real estate and community development leadership roles, Vitor has a track record of aligning impactful projects with long‑term value creation through thoughtful analysis and collaborative partnerships. He brings a deep commitment to sustainable development and operational excellence to every initiative he leads. Vitor graduated from UC Berkeley and lives in Los Angeles with his wife. When Vitor is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
